Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you participate with Section 8?

    Coast to Coast Management is an advocate of affordable housing.   However, you are not required to participate with the program or make your home available to housing choice recipients.  In order to determine accepting the section 8 housing choice program is a good fit for your property talk with our property managers. 

  • How often do you send property reports?

    In general, you will receive notice of any action or thing that affects your investment as it occurs.   In addition, you will receive a financial report at least monthly which outlines all credits and debits against your account. 

  • How often do you pay your clients?

    Its your rent!  We pay all owner accounts out by the 15th of the month following collection.  We can pay you by ACH, live check, or wire transfer for our overseas clients.   The choice is yours and the money is yours. 

  • Do you require my tenants to place a security deposit?

    In general, all properties require a separate financial commitment from your resident (the security deposit).  As your property manager and local agent we collect the deposit and hold the deposit in a separate account until lease termination and only after a walk through determination is completed.
